The fishing competition app and club managerFrom weigh-in to renewals, in one place.

Follow a club through a competition day, then the rest of the season. Every screen below is how the app works today.

Step 1 · Set up

Write your club's rules once

Pick how a fish scores, which species count and what bonuses apply. The rule summary updates as you go, so the committee can check it before it's live.

  1. Choose a format

Points per species, longest, heaviest, percent of legal size, line class or your own formula.

  2. Make the target species count double

Set points and a minimum size for each species. Anything else can score zero.

  3. Add your club's extras

Points for turning up, a bonus for the longest of each species, release bonuses, boat averages.

Fishing competition scoring, your club’s way

Mix and match. If your club scores it on a spreadsheet today, it can score it here, and the season table adds itself up.

  • Longest fish

Measured on the mat, checked from the photo.

  • Heaviest fish or bag

Single fish or the best few added up.

  • Points per species

Target species worth more, others less or nothing.

  • Percent of legal size

A big bream can beat an average kingfish.

  • Tag and release

    Bonus points or release-only events.

  • Boat teams

Boat score as the crew's total or average.

  • Line class

Gamefish scoring by weight against line strength.

  • Season series

Angler of the Year by placings or total points.

  • Minimum sizes per species
  • Bag limits
  • Attendance points
  • Longest-of-species bonus
  • Undersize counts as zero
  • Best fish of each species
  • Tie breaks
  • Late sync after the finish
  • Divisions: junior, senior, ladies
  • Your own formula

Step 2 · Score

Anglers score from their own phone

Put the QR code on the weigh station or send the link in the club chat. No app to download and no account to make.

  1. Pick your name and boat once

The phone remembers it for the whole competition.

  2. Photo, species, length, send

Big buttons for wet hands. The day's code word on the mat stops old photos.

  3. Works with no signal

Catches wait on the phone and send themselves when you're back in range.

Step 3 · Judge

Weighmasters check the photo, not the paperwork

Every catch waits for a judge. Check the measurement against the mat, fix it if needed, and approve.

  1. Code word in every photo

Each day has its own word, so a photo from last week can't be reused.

  2. See who, what and when

Angler, boat, species and time, with the photo alongside.

  3. Approve in one tap

Correct the length or weight first if the photo shows something different.

Step 4 · Live board

The leaderboard moves as fish are approved

Put it on the clubhouse TV, or share the link with families at home. No login needed to watch.

  1. Your rules, worked out for you

Points, bonuses and boat averages are calculated the moment a catch is approved.

  2. See who's moving

Places update live, so the last hour of the day matters.

  3. One link for everyone

Phones, laptops and the big screen all show the same board.

Step 5 · Run the club

Members, renewals and payments, without the spreadsheet

New members apply from your join page. The treasurer records payments and receipts go out. Renewals line up for the end of your membership year.

  1. See the season at a glance

Active members, who's due to renew and what's come in this year.

  2. Applications come to you

Approve with a payment and they get a member number straight away.

  3. Every payment has a receipt

Cash, bank transfer or card. Online payments are coming soon.

A join page your club can share anywhere

Membership types and fees, emergency contacts and payment instructions, on any phone. Put the QR code on the noticeboard.

  1. Members pick their membership

With the fee shown, and your welcome message on top.

  2. A proper receipt

Numbered, printable, and on the member's own page.
