How the booking fee works
It only applies to money taken online, and it’s shown to the person paying before they pay. Your club gets the full entry fee or membership price it set.

Questions about pricing
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. Before your 3 months are up we'll ask whether you want to stay on your plan. If you don't, the club moves to the free Starter plan and keeps all its records. Clubs with 20 members or fewer can stay on Starter for good.
What is the booking fee?
When members pay entry fees or memberships online, a small booking fee is added and shown before they pay. The club receives the full amount it set. Bigger plans have a lower fee. Clubs that take cash or bank transfer pay no booking fee.
Can we take payments online today?
Online payments are coming soon. Until then, clubs record payments taken by cash, card at the clubhouse or bank transfer, and there's no booking fee at all.
Do anglers need to download an app?
No. They scan the competition's QR code or type its short link on any phone, choose their name and boat, and log catches. It works without signal and sends when they're back in range.
Can you bring across our old results?
Yes. Send us your spreadsheets and we'll set up your members, species and past trips so your season table carries on where it left off.
Is the price in Australian dollars?
Yes. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added to your invoice.
